The theme of the Camp at Chinese Language Instruction Center(CLIC) of FGU is "fun of learning Chinese language with an experience of sailing." Our mission is to enable students to well communicate with others in Chinese. With sailing at Yilan county, our vision is to provide an opportunity for students around the world gathering together because of sailing as well as that of learning about cultures of other nations by using Chinese as it is our goal, "Beyond Self, Beyond Border!"
